決定辭職了,一年半來做得不開心,縱然有可觀的收入又怎樣. 感覺上,你一步一步地逼近我,好像要我知難而退. 好!我退了,可是我不能放下你和他對我做過的種種. 我會等到最后一個星期才通知你,找不找到人,是你的事了,況且他一定會幫你. 我也想過,等到最后一天才跟你說,但終過不了自己的良心,所以我還是會給你一星期的時間,當成是我送你的新年"禮物"吧...也許這對你,真是一份厚禮啊!

Just do what's required in the contract. Anything extra is already a bonus to them.
problem is the contract was unfair so I refused to sign in the first hand. They never forced me as well. So I'm working without a contract.
agree with what Ruth said here. since no contract was signed, either party shall give 7 days' notice or payment in lieu, but what my concern is your benefits. I assumed that you should have verbal agreements with them...
If even the contract was unfair in the first place, it does show something about the company. Probably I won't even start.
*sigh*... it's a long long story...
