Food in Tokyo is really good and cheap. No worry about that.
Taxi is expensive but I never take taxi anyway. Subway and train are cheap and very convenient. Tokyo is a place that's over built infrastructure. Make good use of it.
Hotel is really expensive but you got that part free. So, make good use of it.

用另一個角度去看，機票是免費的，錢已經省了一大半~用半價的錢遊玩，不錯啊。

說得沒錯. 但在沒有多余錢的時候, 這是很令人煩惱的. 在想去又沒錢去, 可以去但又玩得不盡興的這種困局中.
